Two ways to ride safe.

We offer two MSF-approved courses on our range at the Steamboat Resorts Meadows lot. Whether you've never thrown a leg over a bike or you're an experienced rider chasing your Colorado endorsement — there's a course for you.

MSF Basic RiderCourse

Learn to ride and earn your Colorado motorcycle license endorsement in one course.

Includes: eCourse + 2 range days

BRC2

Experienced

MSF Basic RiderCourse 2

For experienced riders who own a motorcycle and want their Colorado endorsement.

Price: $295
Includes: eCourse + 1 range day

Course fees are non-refundable. Rescheduling is free with 48+ hours notice — the full refund & rescheduling policy is on each course page.

What to bring & gear.

Bring with you

·Valid driver's license, permit, or state ID
·Under 18? Bring a parent or legal guardian to day-one check-in to complete your liability waiver
·BRC2 only: registration & proof of insurance for your motorcycle
·Water bottle (water is provided)
·Snacks to maintain your energy
·Your own riding gear, if you prefer

Required gear on the range

·Helmet — at least 3/4 with DOT approval (provided for BRC; BRC2 riders bring their own, available if needed)
·Eye protection (goggles, sunglasses, or prescription glasses)
·Long-sleeve shirt or jacket (no rips, no holes)
·Long denim pants or better (no flare, no rips)
·Sturdy over-the-ankle boots (no canvas or fashion heels)
·Full-finger gloves, preferably leather

Riders under 18

A parent or guardian must join you at day-one check-in to sign a waiver in front of your RiderCoach — they only need to stay through check-in. Call (970) 414-7433 to have a waiver emailed in advance.
