This Privacy Policy explains how Ride Safe Motorcycle Training Inc. and its subsidiary and affiliated companies (collectively and individually "RSMT," "We," "Us," or "Our") collect, use, share, and protect your information when you visit RideSafeTraining.com, register for a class, or otherwise interact with Us (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy in effect at the time you use them. "Personal Information" means any information by which you can be personally identified, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, and payment details.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. We collect Personal Information when you voluntarily provide it, including when you:

• create an account or register for a course (name, e-mail, phone number, mailing address, and login credentials);
• book or pay for a class (billing details and the specifics of your registration, such as class date, location, and any licensing or endorsement information you share with Us);
• contact Us, request information, or submit feedback (the contents of your message and your contact details); and
• provide information about a minor student for whom you are a parent or legal guardian (see "Children's and Minors' Privacy" below).

Information collected automatically. When you visit an RSMT site, our web servers and tools automatically collect certain technical information, including your device's IP address and domain name (or that of your access provider), browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and Tracking Technologies" below).

Information from third parties. If you choose to register or sign in using a third-party service (for example, Google or Facebook), We may receive basic profile information from that service as permitted by your settings there. We may also receive information from our payment processor confirming that a transaction has been completed.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use Personal Information only for the purposes for which it was provided and to operate our business, including to:

• register you for classes and manage your account;
• process payments and send receipts, confirmations, and reminders;
• communicate with you about your registration, schedule changes, and customer-service requests;

• operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Services. This includes:

• Essential cookies needed for the site and secure checkout to function;
• Analytics cookies (for example, from an analytics provider such as Google Analytics) that help Us understand aggregate site usage.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Services, including class registration, from working properly.

4. Payment Processing

Payments made through the Services are processed by a third-party, PCI-DSS–compliant payment processor [for example, Stripe]. Your full payment-card number is submitted directly to that processor and is not stored on our servers. We receive only limited transaction information (such as confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card) needed to fulfill your registration and keep our records. Your use of the payment processor is also subject to that processor's own privacy policy and terms.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf — such as web hosting, e-mail delivery, analytics, scheduling, and payment processing — and who are permitted to use it only to provide those services to Us.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or valid legal process, or where We believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
• Business transfers. If RSMT is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

If the Services contain links to third-party sites, those sites are controlled by independent third parties, and any information you provide to them is governed by their own privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their practices.

6. Data Retention

We keep Personal Information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to provide the Services, maintain your account and class history, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes — after which We delete or de-identify it.

7. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information, and our checkout uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and We cannot guarantee absolute security of information you transmit to Us.

8. Children's and Minors' Privacy

Motorcycle training may involve students who are under 18. If you are under 18, you may register for and attend a course only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must provide or approve any Personal Information submitted in connection with your enrollment. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child under 13 has provided Us Personal Information without such consent, please contact Us and We will delete it.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Marketing e-mails. You can opt out of promotional e-mails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting Us. We may still send you non-promotional messages about your account or registrations.

Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask Us to access, correct, update, or delete the Personal Information We hold about you by contacting Us using the details below. We will verify your request before acting on it.

Colorado residents. Under the Colorado Privacy Act, Colorado residents may have the right to confirm whether We process their Personal Information; to access, correct, or delete it; to obtain a portable copy; and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of Personal Information, and certain profiling. To exercise these rights, contact Us using the details below. You may appeal a decision on your request by replying to our response.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended), California residents may have the right to know what Personal Information We collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of Personal Information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

10. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, our Services do not currently respond to them.

RSMT reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, by a notice on the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
